Where to find Narcan in Philly
Find free nalaxone at the locations on this map.
Through many programs in Philadelphia, you can receive free Narcan to protect your family, friends and neighbors from drug overdoses.
Narcan, a brand name for the drug naloxone, most simply reverses overdoses by blocking the opioid from impacting the body. It can be carried in a pocket or purse, and won't harm someone if they are not experiencing an overdose, just sleeping.
You can find Narcan at the locations listed below, and you can find information on training and discussion groups at Platia monthly meetings.
I personally supply Narcan at these locations:
South Street Art Mart at 530 S. 4th St.
Maisy's Meeting House at 39 N. 3rd St.
Mifflin Square Park on Fridays, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. If you come to this distro to get Narcan, we can also teach you how to use it.
